Remembering His promise

I don't know about you all, but this week has been very draining for me. Especially after seeing footage of the tornado damage and lives that were lost this week. After all that, I looked outside Thursday morning, and saw this beautiful rainbow reminding us of God's promise. We may not be able to explain why these things happen, but I do know we must not lose our faith and hope. One thing I can be proud to say, even though sometimes I be so ready to leave this state, is that the people of Oklahoma have an amazing spirit especially in times of disaster. Let us continue to do what we can, whether it's praying, donating, or volunteering. Let us also remember that it is about helping those in need, and not let some people's negativity get in the way of that.
