I don't know about you, but this is real for me. I worry about things that are mostly out of my control, and sometimes the things I can control instead of praying about it and letting God lead me to action I need to take or letting Him do just what He does. As we continue to go through life lets strive to take our concerns to Him and thank Him for what he has done and have faith that He will bring us through whatever obstacle we face. 

Updates to blog!

Hello Everyone,

I am currently making updates to my blog and adding new things to the site. New gadgets posted now include a calendar and a contact form at the bottom of the page. You can use this contact form to request to be added to our email list or share an inspiration. I have also updated the template. The new email for this blog is inspiringtp@yahoo.com, so you will be seeing emails coming from that email in the future.

Coming in 2014:

• I am going to begin the year by posting 28 quotes or bible verses I find inspirational as I countdown to my birthday. 
• I will be providing updates and information on my inspirational line.
• I will continue to add new pages and contents

My prayers for you is that you may find the comfort you need as you continue to go through life. Even though the holidays are enjoyable to some, it may be difficult for others, and there are some that are going through difficult times, dealing with making tough life decisions, or can't find a way out of certain situations. I pray that those needing to be comforted be led to the best Comforter of all or find comfort in a positive person in their lives.

Getting Back to me in 2014!!

Hello All,

I hope that you all are still feeling blessed and all is well with each of you.

These last few months have been challenging for me, with so much going on and dealing with life stresses I had to ask myself what is missing, what outlet do I have for myself when I need to sit down and decompress. The answer for me was getting back to my blog and getting back to writing. Not only does helping others get through their day rewarding for me, but it also is inspiring for me because I am able to look at the blessings in the world instead of focusing on all that is trying to get me down.

I am on a journey to expand this blog into an inspirational business where I sell inspirational products, and at the same time beginning to work on my greeting cards again. I ask that you all pray for me on this journey because I do not want to let things going on in my life right now stop me from doing what I was called and love to do.

I will post details on my progress and keep you all updated. Until next time...

Remembering His promise

I don't know about you all, but this week has been very draining for me. Especially after seeing footage of the tornado damage and lives that were lost this week. After all that, I looked outside Thursday morning, and saw this beautiful rainbow reminding us of God's promise. We may not be able to explain why these things happen, but I do know we must not lose our faith and hope. One thing I can be proud to say, even though sometimes I be so ready to leave this state, is that the people of Oklahoma have an amazing spirit especially in times of disaster. Let us continue to do what we can, whether it's praying, donating, or volunteering. Let us also remember that it is about helping those in need, and not let some people's negativity get in the way of that.

Getting Back to it in May

Hey Everyone,

I hope all is well with everyone. I want to apologize for not posting in a while, I had way too much going on, but I made a vow to myself to get back to the things that I love to do. So, for May I will be posting on guidance and direction. Also, I am thinking of things I want to add to my blog. I know I will posting some of my amateur photography, :). I love taking pictures of the clouds and sunrises and sunsets, reminds me of God's presence and awesomeness. I do not know what else, but I'll think of something. I am also open for suggestions.

30 Years of Life

Thank you Lord for Blessing Me with 30 years of life...

Some people find this age devastating, but I look at as a blessing. Some body did not make it to this age, and for God to allow me to see it, means He has something special planned for me. Now, as I reflect over my life, I can still say I am truly blessed. Yes, I have made decisions/mistakes in my life that I wish I could change, but since I cannot change them, I have to learn from them and keep moving forward. I am blessed with positive people in my life, and realized those who were only meant to be known for season, and leaving them behind in that season.

Now I've already started living life this way the beginning of the year and I plan to keep it that way, that is taking care of myself and following God's lead in my life. I have taken steps of faith this past year, and will continue making them. Please pray for me while I'm on this journey, and I will pray for you as well. I encourage all of you that it is not too late to fulfill your dreams, and never let anyone tell you that you cannot succeed. Remember "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Phil. 4:13.
